We've seen most of the United States in the heat of the summer. Retirement has afforded us the opportunity to "see the USA" in the different seasons of the year. In late September 09, we packed up our camping gear, our bikes and our "motel bags" and headed east to see friends, relatives and the beautiful colors of the fall. First stop is Yellowstone and it appears the beautiful fall weather and colors will wait for another day. The snow makes the air crisp but the down sleeping bags kept everything cozy.
