The bush pear grows everywhere along the road. The banksia (the tree with the orange flowers) have flowers that become seed pods that explode in fire and thus assure that there will be more grown in the recovery. There are other seed pods that are also dependent on fire to release the seed. Variety of ants make interesting homes.
